Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Opensappreciate Walk-In Tubs wants opensappreciate.garden to work well for all visitors, including older adults and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Describe meaningful images with text
- Keep type easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through every page with a keyboard
- Shape pages to read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other outside content may be partly beyond our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@opensappreciate.garden and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gives you trouble. Email contact@opensappreciate.garden and mention:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can say
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
Request a callback
