Everyone who reaches out to Opensappreciate Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

• How your call or message to Opensappreciate Walk-In Tubs went
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with acted

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start by raising it with the provider, and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Opensappreciate Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
