How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To
Opensappreciate Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. After you send a request, an independent provider from our network reaches out. That provider is a separate business. They run their own schedule, set their own prices and do their own work. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to start with a conversation.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. Having answers ready speeds things up.
- What kind of bathroom do you have, and where is it in the house?
- What are the tub or shower measurements?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, grab bars or a wider door?
- Is the floor wood, concrete or over a basement?
- Do you have a rough budget or timeline?
A provider may also ask for photos or want to visit your home. That is normal for a project like this.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Do not be shy. Good providers expect questions.
- Is the estimate written, and what does it include?
- Who handles permits, plumbing and disposal of the old tub?
- What could change the price once walls are open?
- Will the floor need reinforcing for a filled walk-in tub?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
- What warranty comes with the unit and the labor?
- Can you help document the work if I need paperwork for a claim?
Where You Can Help, Where a Pro Steps In
You can measure, clear the room, move out rugs and take photos. You can also check your water heater size, since a deep tub needs plenty of hot water. Leave the cutting, drain moves and sealing to a pro. Water in the wrong place causes damage that is costly to fix.
You Stay in Charge
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. Collect two or three written quotes. Compare the scope, not just the price. Take time to think. Decide at your pace.
